  Wonderful hotel in hanoi

  I had a wonderful stay at Madelise Stardust Hotel & Travel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to Hanoi Train Street, local restaurants, and many popular attractions. I also appreciated the convenient tour booking services and the option to enjoy a relaxing massage after a busy day exploring the city. Everything made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again!

  Location

  Manager cheat my money, just refund only half amount. I paid 1 Millon dong for extend my room around 9 am, but after 9: 30 minutes i change my mind when i ask My money he said can't give whole amount. Scammer

  Comfortable, but loud

  Good location, exceptionally comfy beds

  Stained bedding and robes, 2 cockroaches in the room, noisy aircon and no soundproofing - I was kept awake by a staff member at reception loudly scrolling through TikToks at night, then woken up by the early morning reception team coming in. We were also slightly mislead by reception who told us before our stay that early check-in may be available. They took our number and said they'd reach out to us if/when possible, but did not mention fees. When they messaged us about the early check in they then tried to charge us extra - a disappointing shock for us when we were very tired and not told about this previously!

  Bon sejour

  Très bon séjour ! La chambre était très spacieuse, lumineuse et vraiment confortable. J’avais réservé une chambre sans fenêtre et j’ai eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassée dans une grande chambre avec fenêtre. Merci beaucoup pour ce geste ! 🥰 La chambre était vraiment très confortable et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je recommande sans hésiter !

  On peut entendre le bruit de la route mais c'etait tres supportable.
