    The apartment was very clean and the host was great. Every question we had was answered very quickly, which we really appreciated.

    We were a little surprised by the entrance and common areas, as they were quite different from the luxurious and well-kept apartment itself. The building and entrance could use some maintenance, and there was a slightly unpleasant smell. We did notice that the residents became friendlier as they got to know us. Inside the apartment, our only concern was the air conditioning upstairs. It is located in the hallway and doesn’t cool the two bedrooms very well. As it was quite hot during our stay, we had a few uncomfortable nights. Unfortunately, we also didn’t notice in the small print that there were stairs. This was a little challenging for our older mother, who has bad knees, as we had to use them 2–3 times a day. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment itself and appreciated our stay.

    Excellent location, staff so helpful and quick to respond.

    There was no lift for all of our bags and we had a baby and pram etc so there was a lot to get up.

    Appartamento da evitare

    Posizione centrale, a piedi sono 15 minuti dalla stazione, non seguite google maps ma fate il corso principale, è più comodo e veloce. Tutti i ristornati sono a pochi passi ed il lungomare è a 50 metri

    Il servizio di pulizia è pessimo, appena entrati abbiamo trovato un vaso con fiori secchi ed acqua gialla sul tavolo. Prese non a norma, nel bagno inferiore la cornetta della doccia non funziona, il piatto non scarica, manca il cestino dei rifiuti, water non pulito bene, il piumino del letto con diverse macchie di pipì, letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo "sfondati", le finestre senza zanzariere (più che altro per i topi vedendo lo stabile), appartamento al terzo piano ma con scale non a norma e gradini alti, residui di vestiario di precedenti occupanti...che dire, non avevamo alternative in quel periodo e siamo dovuti rimanere.
