    Large, clean but lacked hospitality

    Large. Clean. Supermarkets nearby which we found without help from host. Washer/ dryer was great but we had to Google instructions as none were provided.

    Dark. Lack of cooking equipment. No wash up liquid. Entering the building was into the dark until we learnt to find light switches. Light switches in the apartment were behind doors and required walking into the darkened room. There was a step into the dark bathroom and my husband had a nasty fall walking into the dark room as the switch was inside the room in an unexpected location. The place was run by an agency and apps. There was no host to meet us. Cracked and chipped plate need to be replaced as thay are unhygenic. The cutting board also needed to be replaced. There was furniture in the bedroom but it was unuseable as it had things in it. Nowhere to hang towels or washing.

    The apartment was very dark with low wattage lights. All information was on apps which were difficult to access There was no host it was all run through an external agency, who were polite.
