    A bit haphazard. I'd probably stay again for the convenience of the location though

    The little kitchen area was nice and we liked having coffee/tea making facilities and having a fridge though we didn't use anything else. Location was ideal with tram stop right outside. 15 tram into town then links up with number 5 bus to get to the airport. Both 17 & 15 trams go past right outside. Use of parking was handy. Aircon was not a wall unit, but a large freestanding unit on the floor connected to the window by flexi duct. No idea if it was any use, we opened the windows to air the room as it was reasonably cool and didn't use the aircon at all. Room looked out onto a busy road so we shut the windows at night. Shower was good

    Check in was carnage, staff member was indecisive and made something that should have been really easy, overly complicated and REALLY time consuming, by the end I was really struggling not to lose my temper. For a pre-booked room it should have been quick and easy. Floor in our room was absolutely soaking - at first we thought the floor standing aircon unit was leaking but ascertained that the floor had just been washed and the excess water not mopped up properly. We parked in the wrong parking space, staff member did not draw our attention to the fact that not all the parking spaces were theirs! They should just allocate a bay to avoid confusion

    Frühstück könnte besser sein für 19 Euro mehr erwartet da muss nachgebessert werden.
