Absolutely Wonderful Stay – 10/10!
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Starling villas in Sanur, Bali, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. I would happily stay here again! The villa was incredibly spacious, with a large bedroom, a lovely big living room, a generous bathroom, and its own fully equipped kitchen. It had everything you could need, including a standard-sized fridge-freezer, cooking facilities, crockery, plates, cups, and all the cooking utensils you could want. Best of all, the entire place was spotlessly clean – absolutely immaculate! One thing I particularly loved was their thoughtful and environmentally friendly approach to drinking water. Rather than providing a new plastic bottle of water every day, as so many hotels in Bali do, they leave a large container of drinking water in the room for guests to help themselves to whenever they need it. The container was so big that it lasted me the entire week and enabled me to refill my own drinking bottle whenever I needed to. I thought this was such a brilliant idea and a wonderful way to reduce plastic waste, which is especially important for the environment in Bali. Muri, the lovely owner, was absolutely excellent. I had a late check-in, and she kindly stayed up to welcome me. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, spoke perfect English, and gave me great recommendations for spas and things to do in the area. Everything about this place was wonderful: the space, the cleanliness, the facilities, the hospitality, and the thoughtful little touches that made the stay so enjoyable. A definite 10/10 from me! I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Sanur, and I would absolutely love to stay here again.

A wonderful stay!
I loved my stay at Starling Villas. The location is perfect. Muri (who manages the property) was so wonderful - so kind, helpful and lovely - she really made my stay so welcoming and enjoyable. I also adored the cats.
The room I stayed in could be spruced up a little. Some fresh paint and possibly new bedding. But it is equipped with everything you need and is very generous in size for the price.

Amazing stay. Willl definitely come back again.
Clean and calm property. If you love cats you would love this place. Short walk to main road, beach and the mall. Not busy area. Staff were very kind and courteous.
