  Increíble descanso!!

  Super limpio, cómodo y maravilloso! Yatie y las/los demás siempre atentas a nosotros. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto y se ofrecían en todo momento por si necesitábamos algo. El ruido de los coches y motos cesa por la noche, no lo escuchas en la piscina y terminas acostumbrándote. Hay gatitos maravillosos!

  Me hubiera gustado saber que no hay privacidad en la piscina privada. El personal accede por ahí a la villa o pasa de un lado a otro para limpiar, llevarte el desayuno o preguntar si necesitas algo.

  Emplacement, grande villa. Très prorpre, Piscine très grande. Personnel très accueillant. Possibilités d'aller sur les iles gili juste en face. Je recommande!!

  Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas éclairé. Villa très éloigné de la ville. Attention difficile de louer un grab pour se déplacer.

  Exceptionnel

  L'endroit est juste exceptionnel pour une fin de vacances paisible. Nous avons fini notre séjour par 1 semaine au calme. Accès direct à la mer. Juste parfait. Le personnel est d'une grande amabilité, le petit déjeuner est meme excellent deposé en terrasse à l'heure voulu tous les matins. La propreté aussi est irréprochable.

  We had an absolutely wonderful four-night stay at Starsand Beach Resort in Lombok, and honestly, we would give it 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The resort is quite private and peaceful, which we really loved. There isn’t a lot around the resort, so it’s perfect if you want to disconnect, relax, and enjoy your own space. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. They picked us up from Senggigi Harbor, and after around a 1.5-hour drive, we arrived at our villa. The villa was super clean, the private pool was amazing, and the whole environment was beautiful and relaxing. One of our favorite little things was that we even had a friendly cat visiting us all the time! 🐈 It made the experience even more special for our family. The breakfast was à la carte, and we could choose exactly what we wanted. Everything was served in our villa, which was incredibly convenient and made us feel very well taken care of. They really went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. A very special and big thank you to Athie. ❤️ She was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of us throughout our stay. She helped organize everything we needed. Even when we ordered food from different restaurants, the resort arranged for it to be brought to us and served inside our villa. The level of personal service was honestly amazing. According to Booking.com, this is a three-star resort, but for us and our family, it felt like a five-star experience. The privacy, service, villa, pool, peaceful surroundings, and personal attention made our four nights really memorable. The only small downside is that, because of the natural surroundings, you will see some bugs and small spiders from time to time. But honestly, this is completely understandable in a tropical environment and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again. 10/10 from our family!
