    Ưu điểm thì khu vực này là thoáng đãng

    Nội thất trong phòng thì quá đơn sơ, một số đồ dùng Đá Quá cũ kỹ, nhất là vòi vệ sinh đã cũ đổi màu sang vàng ố , còn xịt nước ngược trở ra ngoài, nhà tắm thì rỉ nước ra sàn nhà, phòng tắm chỉ có đúng một cái vòi hoa sen kiểu cầm tay.
