location was very close to the train station and supermarket.
apartment was very tired in decor, full of other people's things... old food, junk in drawers, clothes, toiletries. kettle was filthy on the inside. asked for it to be cleaned. wasn't informed that someone with out notice, let themselves into our apartment to do this, and didn't let us know until after our checkout. car park gate didn't open, leaving our car sitting on the side of the road all weekend. this was never rectified. the video guide to leaving the key also showed somewhere totally different to leave it, but the code didn't work. a lot of time wasted chasing replies to things that shouldn't have required fixing.

The location was great. It has connectivity to all attractions of london. Bus station, train station and Shopping - everything was nearby.
The apartment was on 3rd floor. We had to carry big luggages ourselves.
