    Modern, comfortable hotel with helpful, welcoming staff. The best breakfast that we've had anywhere in Sri Lanka and also highly recommend the Spicy Margaritas.

    The beach opposite the hotel isn't great. Quite a bit of rubbish and a very narrow beach.

    No elevator (3td floor room) - but great if you're ok with that

    Wonderful decor and room, spacious, good facilities, always cheerful and helpful staff, truly a great stay. Comfortable beds, terrific housekeeping, responsive and speedy...

    No elevator and room on the third floor ... and you don't know till after you've paid
