La propiedad esta impecable bien equipada a 2 cuadras de la playa con supermercado bares y cafeterías en la cercanía, súper recomendable!

Appartement et copropriété très propres, confortables et agréables. Équipements complets et fonctionnels. Climatisation efficace. Parking sécurisé. La piscine est très bien, un vrai plus. Sinon la plage de Mutxavista est à 5 minutes à pied. Il y a assez de commerces à proximité.
Communication un peu étrange au départ, rafale de messages sur whatsapp demandant le versement d'une caution de 250€, franchement j'ai cru que c'était une arnaque. Après, ça allait, communications efficaces. Aussi, manque de quelques éléments de cuisine, pas vu de plat pour le four par exemple. Pas assez pour gâcher le grand plaisir d'un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement.

De locatie was goed, strand op loopafstand net als restaurants. Het dakterras is heel mooi met een leuk uitzicht.
De badkamer is verouderd en het was niet echt heel schoon.

Esta cerca de la playa
La terraza de difícil acceso y luego está bastante en ruinas: el suelo y la sombrilla rotas. Poco menaje, los armarios bastante ruinosos también. La cama de matrimonio muy incómodo, de 1.35 y nos íbamos para el centro además de que suenan los muelles. Tiene garaje pero no funcionó el mando y nos propusieron arreglarlo al día siguiente cuando sólo íbamos 2 dias. Nos pidieron una fianza de 200 euros y cuando pregunté sobre la devolución me contestó bastante borde sin razón, sólo quería saber el procedimiento. Finalmente al día siguiente me llegó. Creo que el trato no fue nada cordial. No repetiría.

Podobał mi się taras i wygodny salon.
W apartamencie powinno być coś na powitanie gości. Woda w lodówce, jakiś napój dla dzieci. Po długiej podróży takie drobne rzeczy to miły dodatek.
