    The online check-in system was not working properly. I had to submit my details several times, as they were not recorded the first time. We almost ended up without accommodation. After that, access information was provided in two different places: one code was in a link on the property’s website for the main entrance, and another code for the key box was sent via WhatsApp. In the end, you are expected to remember multiple codes, as it is forbidden to leave the key inside the apartment or not carry it with you. What is most unacceptable is that there is only one key for the entire apartment. It is unreasonable not to have even a single spare key available in case of an emergency. I have more than one key even for my basement at home. If you accidentally leave the key inside the apartment, a locksmith is called and EUR 60 is deducted from your deposit. The Customer Service phone number was constantly busy. The only available communication channel was WhatsApp messages, and there was no alternative for urgent situations. Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned. Cleaning was done only the following day, and we had to sleep using spare sheets left inside the sofa.

    Will never stay there again, not a pleasant experience, too many complications

    Nice layout of apartment. Not bad balcony. Clean

    The whole process and protocol of entering the house was annoying, felt like a fraud at some points. They charged me 150 euro as safe deposit, and no one told me about this before I paid on booking com
