  This is my first negative review — I usually always rate 10/10, but this stay was very disappointing. Main issues:

  This will be my first negative review, as I usually always rate accommodations 10/10 — I have previously been very lucky with bookings and overall quality. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. Overall, there are minimal complaints about the apartment itself and sleeping comfort: the beds are comfortable, the pillows are good, and sleeping was easy. The apartment also looks nice and is located in a quiet area. It was also quite cool inside, which is a plus in summer. However, the positives end there.

  From check-in, there were serious issues with cleanliness and bedding. Instead of proper blankets, we were provided with thin, unpleasant-smelling materials without duvet covers. For 4 guests, a basic bedding set was not properly provided. After contacting the agency, some items were replaced (blankets and pillows), but duvet covers were never provided, meaning blankets had to be used without them, which is not hygienic. Some of the bedding also had an unpleasant smell. The apartment was also poorly cleaned on arrival, especially the floors, and we had to clean it ourselves after a long journey. Another major issue is the mismatch with the listing: a microwave was advertised but not provided. According to the agency, the host refused to supply it. There was also no freezer, which led to food waste and financial loss. A serious concern was privacy: there is a camera in the private courtyard area, which was included in the paid rental space and used as a relaxation area. The camera is pointed toward the courtyard, creating a constant feeling of being observed. This made it uncomfortable to use the outdoor space, as everything appeared to be recorded. I was not informed or comfortable with this situation. For me, this is unacceptable in a paid private accommodation and it was the first time I experienced something like this. Overall, the biggest disappointment is the host’s failure to meet the advertised conditions (including the microwave and proper bedding), which significantly affected the quality of the stay.
