    The location of the property was excellent. Only a 30 minute walk into the city. Some great bars and restaurants near by which was good. The pool was lovely. Gym was ok but it was a shame the air con didn’t work

    My room was terrible. It was not ran by Novo, it was ran by another company. I did end up booking another room

    would not let my wife check in as they said they did not recognize booking.com, took two hours to get checked in

    there was no room cleaning staff so for 5 days the room was uncleaned. they would not even let me keep the keys at the desk for my son to collect, as they stated it was booked through booking.com. I was very confused by their attitude regarding this booking agency. The cafe would not accept cash.
