    The bed was very comfortable

The shower needs improvement. I recommend you get rid of the bathtub and replace it with a traditional walk-in shower

Comfy bed and sofa. Great location for our plans. Clean room. White noise machine helped with outside traffic noise.

The tub situation was awful - a clawfoot tub with shower attachment, no grab bars or shower mat. It was very hard to get in and husband slipped and almost fell - not a good set up for seniors. Coffee maker and toaster did not work. I texted and they responded promptly. They put replacements in the storeroom but the access code we were given didn't work. I tried to text and phone, but no response for several hours - too late to be of help.
