    Early Morning Alarm provides exhilerating start to day and reveals lack of after hours contact plan!

    This AirBnB was a clean place to sleep and the number of bedrooms was accurate. Because almost all interior surfaces, including furniture, are plastic, it felt very clean, you might even say sterile. The three bedrooms were big enough, even though there was no place in any of them for non-hanging clothes. The tile in the bathroom is nice, but slippery. There were lots of places to eat nearby and the location was convenient to the family events we came in town for.

    Unfortunately, the built-in fire alarm provided spontaneous and unwanted WAKE UP service right about 6 am--that continued until long after we had to leave in the morning. What it revealed to us is that there is no emergency/after hours number to call! They finally responded to our requests for help around 10:30 am (!!!)--long after we had left. While we were out they did come to fix the problem. Again unfortunately, that service visit caused the door code to change but they did not let us know. So, when my son returned on his own around 1:00 pm, he was not able to get in. Once again, I had to leave a message for the owner's representative. Soon after, they called me back to help figure out what the problem was. Eventually they gave us a new entry code that worked. The system for dealing with unexpected events is really not very good and particularly when the problem arises after hours. Just imagine if that fire alarm had started up the evening before! Therefore, I cannot recommend staying in this place. They have yet to provide any sort of refund for having disrupted our entire morning.
