    We had a magical time in Portland!

    Great neighborhood, comfortable bed, convenient kitchen, easy to access parking!

    The couch was stained— not inviting or comfortable to sit on.

    Spacious, cozy and so close to everything

    The place was so comfortable and spacious. It was so much bigger than expected. I loved that it was right off of Hawthorne street and so close to so many cute shops and restaurants. The area felt safe to walk around. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

    I contacted the property regarding a refund. The AI face recognition did not recognize even though I did the process 26 times. I ensured it was bright lighting, all 4 squares within camera, no glare: followed each direction/step. But guess it didn't like me because it never approved. The owner was quick + efficient in informing me they would approve a full refund. I just needed to contact booking.

    I contacted booking as instructed. After 20 minutes of dealing with the AI bot Kayla I finally was transferred to an actual person. I explained the situation, what the property owner said and was put on hold after 9 minutes of us conversing. I have now been on hold 24 minutes waiting for him to return. He said he had to contact..some team I couldn't quite understand what he said unfortunately. Not sure why I've been on the phone going on 37 minutes for a refund when I didn't stay there and the owner approved the refund. But here I am...on hold going to be on the phone 40 MINUTES at the conclusion of this review. Who knows if I'll get my refund with this ridiculousness happening.

    It was a great place. Unfortunately I was attacked and robbed that night and am still recovering.
