    The studio is inside a house with 3 others. It's described like an apartment and though I guess it is according to the standards but it's VERY MISLEADING. It's a house where every step is heard, if I'm brushing my teeth my neighbors shouldn't be able to hear me spit my toothpaste out. Its like renting a room in someone's house and they put a lock on the door so its an apartment. The laundry located in the basement is actually a stackable located at the bottom of the stairs in the hallway. It feels like I was sneaking in and to be very very quiet as to not disturb the other 3 renters in your hallway. Sure it's a private entrance , in the hallway. It just is very misleading. If my neighbor can hear me using the restroom LITERALLY, I had to turn on the water so my building wasn't listening. Not a good feeling. Do better with describing the location. Its a room turned into a "loft studio" because theres a bathroom. The loft is a 2nd story room slash studio rented inside a house. Not cool. I felt zero privacy. Extremely unhappy with this stay.

    We loved having our morning cup of coffee at the window seat! Large, comfortable studio space, quiet, great location.

    It was hard to keep it cool at night during the heat wave, even with the AC on. Entrance could use more cleaning.

    Simple yet well-located spot for exploring the city on foot.

    Place was big for a single room; shower had good pressure and hot water; functional kitchen with coffee pods provided. The hallway had a funky smell, but thankfully the room did not, room was very clean. Street parking was tricky in the evenings, but only had to park a couple blocks away. NIce big, comfy king bed. Was able to control the heat of the room (thankfully), because it got a bit chilly overnight. Fan provided for airflow.
