Awesome place! Very comfortable. I enjoyed it a lot. Would book again!!
Loud gong sounds at 6am from a temple next to the hotel. I got used to it quickly though. Peculiar view from the window - a cemetery

The perfect stay to enjoy a restful Kyoto vacation.
The location was very ideal for going around main spots in Kyoto. There are bus stops right outside and train stations a few blocks away. The hotel was staff were very pleasant, accomodating and housekeeping was thorough. The facilities were clean, modern and complete. Room was spacious, comfy and fully equipped with kitchenette and washer (with pods). Bathroom was pristine and large for japan standard. I really liked the tv in the tub and that we can dry our clothes ing the shower too.
Nothing really. Everything was perfect. Maybe just the scent of cigarettes we sometimes smell by the door but we cant really figure out where it was coming from.

Great place to stay
Great location..once we realised where we were.
Lime bikes close by are user friendly..rent a bike from across the rode. Some more local information would have been good..like a local map show where subway, bus stops, bike rental, restaurants etc are
