Idealny pobyt, wszystko na miejscu, super lokalizacja, miła obsługa
Pokój był średniej wielkości ale bardzo dobrze wyposażony, zawierał wszystko co tylko mogło być potrzebne. Pralki na miejscu były również idealnym udogodnieniem, z którego bardzo łatwo było skorzystać. Obsługa jak zawsze pomocna, darmowa kawa, herbata, przewodniki. Lokalizacja blisko metra, sklepów i najważniejszych punktów do odwiedzenia. Sam klimat hotelu jak i pokoju idealny! Gorąco polecam każdemu kto chce odwiedzić Kyoto!

La ubicación era buena
Tuvimos un problema con la habitación,estaba en la planta baja y olía mucho a humedad al entrar,hablamos con ellos para intentar cambiar de habitación pero al estar el hotel lleno no era posible. Les comentamos que yo tengo problemas de pulmón y no era posible pasar la noche en la habitación con esas circunstancias. Decidimos marcharnos esa noche a otro hotel y volver a alojarnos con ellos al día siguiente facilitándonos una habitación nueva.
