A small apartment in a great location.
The check in counter was easy to find just a little ways from Kyoto station, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, next to historic Toji Temple with multiple bus stops just a few minutes away.
The walls are thin, so there was lots of road noise, and noise like footsteps from the neighbours.

Fantastic sized apartment but on a noisy/busy road.
It was large apartment with excellent facilities including washing machine and clothes drying facilities. They gave us fresh towels for each night of our stay. The staff were lovely and baggage delivery to our apartment from service centre was very much appreciated.
It was on a very busy road and you could hear the traffic noise. Our neighbours (above?), we could hear them walking about at all hours of night & early morning.
