This was our 2nd stay and appreciate the location and access into Centro Malaga.
Our 2nd stay at the tower. The location excellent-100 mt away bus stop into old town also large supermarket. Quiet location as the apartment overlooks the riverbed and not the road. We were able to access the rooftop for stunning sunsets and views.
The bedrooms need blackout curtains. I always wear eye mask just in case.

Huoneisto vastasi kuvausta. Sijainti lähellä Rosaleda stadionia oli kätevä, koska meillä oli liput futispeliin. Historiallinen keskusta oli vartin kävelymatkan päässä.
Minulle tyynyt olivat liian pullukoita. Nukkuminen niillä oli työlästä.

Niet Stay Unique
De ruime opzet van het appartement.
De badkamer! Hier bleek gat in plafond te zitten, afgeplakt met plastic. Schimmelplekken van vocht rondom het gat. Plastic kwam los van plafond...onbekende vloeistof lekte in de badkamer, stank. Hele week niet kunnen gebruiken terwijl we bewust voor 2 badkamers gekozen hadden. De bank in de woonkamer vol vlekken, de app voor toegang tot de faciliteiten werkte niet..dus geen gym, rooftop, werkplek zoals geboekt. Zwembad was op moment van boeken nog open zolang weersverwachting goed waren...terplekke bleek er onderhoud te zijn...niet gemeld van te voren. In de advertentie was ontbijt dichtbij...dit bleek 20 min loop te zijn. Melding gemaakt van alles...hoop geld betaald maar geen passende oplossing vanuit stay Unique. Dit appartement was al langere in deze staat en had nooit verhuurd mogen worden voordat alles gerepareerd was.

All good. Nice apartment.
Additional fees : €50 for check in after 9 pm €15 for rearranging your checking time if you are late over 15 minutes. €25 amage waiver Andalucía (I paid this,) Breakfast location: 18 minutes fast walk from the exit of the building.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. It's a bit out of the centre of Malaga but taxis are cheap.
Only one key for 4 people and impossible to get in without a key. The swimming pool was out of order which was a huge disappointment for us. The company did not inform us of this beforehand.
