    The apartment is in an excellent location, was very clean and well equipped, including a dishwasher. We were very satisfied with these aspects of our stay.

    Very disappointing experience. We booked the apartment for three people, but the sofa bed was completely unstable and unusable, both as a bed and as a sofa. As a result, the third guest had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Despite reporting the issue immediately, the technician did not resolve anything. We wasted a considerable amount of our holiday dealing with messages and complaints instead of enjoying our stay. Although we were eventually offered a 15% refund, we have yet to receive it.

    To start with I shouldn’t be receiving this email as this property owner cancelled the booking on landing into Barcelona at 7.30pm. This left us with very few options, so we booked another apartment in Xiaexmple, which cost us another $400. As you may imagine we weren’t happy and the place we stayed at wasn’t worth the extra cost.
