    Simpele uitgangsbasis

    De locatie recht tegenover metro station Urgell en en bakker voor lekkere broodjes Grappig eigen liftdeur in het appartement Goede service van het personeel toen we het nodig hadden met een sleutelprobleem en probleem met warm water Goede bedden

    Keukenkast rook niet fris, echt stank van de afvoer. Apparatuur zoals afwasmachine roestig Foto’s waren niet helemaal zoals verwacht, er zijn meerdere appartementen in het complex en wij hadden geen buiten terras.

    Don’t go there!!!

    The location was pretty good

    It was a disaster. When we arrived, the key box was broken, there was no way to enter the apartment. I called to the phone number specified on the reservation and talked to very unpleasant support service. It took me a lot of time to prove him that the key box can’t be open and to convince to send someone to help us. We waited for more than an hour on the street. Then someone arrived with spare key, but he didn’t fix the key box. So for few days we had only one key for the apartment instead of two. During the stay of 4 days, the lift was broken once and once there was an electricity interrupt. The key box wasn’t fixed until we left, so I’m almost sure the next customer will have the same problem, they just don’t care. Do a favor to yourself, just don’t go there!
