    Excelente custo-benefício!

    O apartamento é bem funcional, anfitrião maravilhoso, localização estratégica e o local é muito tranquilo.

    As instalações são antigas, banheiro um pouco pequeno para uma família de 4 pessoas.

    No geral, valeu a pena.

    O Sr. Samir foi muito atencioso, veio ao centro de Petrópolis levando-nos até a casa, lá mostrou tudo. Esse foi um dos pontos altos. Também a casa estava muito bem arrumada, com utensílios, material de limpeza e roupa de cama e banho. Sobre o apartamento a experiência foi boa.

    Falta de acesso ao campo de futebol, como não tem piscina ficou limitado apenas a trilha ecológica, ela fica dentro do condomínio.
