  Tiptop, wie beschrieben!

  Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sicherlich nicht allzu gross oder luxeriös, so ist es aber auch nicht ausgeschrieben. Deshalb ist es wie beschrieben und von uns erwartet. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mit Klimagerät, kleiner Küche, WLAN, Tücher, Bettbezüge, Ventilator und so weiter ist es aber sehr gut ausgestattet.

  Uns war nicht ganz klar, dass es ein privates Zimmer im Hotelhaus ist. War aber kein Problem. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

  Highly recommended

  It is located in the city center convenient for any type of transportation. The property was clean and comfortable. Instructions for the use of that apartment were simple and clear. Very good security.

  Excellent location but the interior falls short

  The apartment is centrally located, with most major attractions within a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe, with plenty of parks and green spaces, making it enjoyable to explore on foot. Munich Central Station is only about 10 minutes away, which is very convenient for day trips outside the city. I would recommend this location to travelers who value easy access to major attractions and a pleasant neighborhood. The apartment shares an entrance with a hotel, so during the daytime, we were also able to get urgent assistance from the hotel staff when needed.

  Unfortunately, the apartment was not well maintained and was smaller than expected. The closet was locked and filled with the host’s personal belongings, leaving us with little storage space. The apartment had only a portable air conditioner, which required keeping the window open for the exhaust hose, making it inefficient during the hot summer. The bathroom and shower were also cramped. I asked the host to visit so I could explain these issues in person, but was told that all communication was handled remotely.
