    Very clean, super friendly, very accommodating. Breakfast was great.

    Wish I could have stayed longer. When we want to go back they have no availability because they are a college town. So sad we can't stay here.,

    Best staff, great breakfast, very clean and great location.

    Very well kept property in a perfect location on the Genesee River. Quiet and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome.

    Staff member in the kitchen was very rude, aggressive and confrontational. It changed my entire opinion about my experience at your hotel. Manager- I hope you make the right decision for your establishment so you don't lose any more customers.

    Breakfast, room view and the facility was super clean

    The staff was not kind at all. At breakfast time, the dishes ran out, and the utensils were dirty I ordered food delivery, and when I went to meet the driver, one of the front desk employees asked me if I knew where I was going. I responded, " Yes, I'm going to my room, they thought that I was the delivery guy, This is not ok and makes me feel like what? Why did this employee say that to me?
