    Beautiful property with good selection of food within walking distance.

    The pool was closed and I could really have used a dip in it.

    The shuttle to SeaWorld was great! You can make a reservation to be dropped off and call when you’re ready to be picked up.

    Other than paying in advance/in full, to an unexpected room downgrade, everything else was good.

    The location, cleanliness, breakfast and most of the staff.

    The front desk checked us in and it was only until we got to our room that we realized that it was not the room we paid for, in full, a month in advance. I brought it to the front desk staff's attention, only to be told that it was due to a high number of hotel guest that my reserved room was no longer available. Later, the Manager recanted the first explanation and offered the explanation that we did not reserve a King Suite. Upon providing proof, the Manager then validated my prior reservations and promised a small refund.
