Could be better
When my family and I come to this area of Virginia I ALWAYS choose Staybridge. I remember the first time we stayed and we experienced the omelette station. Although that’s no longer available that was a wonderful plus. What I’m most disappointed in now is that is that you have an entire parking lot and underground parking and now the hotel is charging the guest who drives their car to park. I understand if you’re trying to weed out other cars who should not be parked there but the resolution to that is to hand a parking pass (in which you do) to your guest so they can be identified easily. To charge your guests for parking is absurd.

The staff were so so nice and friendly, made us feel at home and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was great and there were different food choices every day. The staff went over and above to make our stay wonderful. It is in a very good location with several walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. It is close to DC and a super choice for families.
No problems noted.

Convenient location but property was just adequate
Rooms and common areas were dirty. Elevator sounded like it was about to break. Shower and ironing board were broken
