Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of AUD 1200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed. For very last minute bookings or extended stays, a refundable bond of at least $1200 may be taken A deposit may be required at the property.
