Practical Information: Inside the apartment, our guests will find a blue book with the Stayci logo on the dining table. This book contains the Wi-Fi password, apartment details, and emergency contact numbers. We are available via email and phone for any questions. For urgent issues after office hours, the emergency number is listed in the blue book, our WhatsApp (+31 65 135 32 54) response message, and if our guests call our direct number (+31 70 331 61 91), they will be forwarded to our emergency line. Bed linens, 1 small and 1 large towel per guest, are provided. When traveling with pets, only dogs are allowed upon request please note that an extra charge of 35 Euro per pet applies.
