החדר מאוד פרקטי, יש בו את כל מה שצריך , נראה שהכל נבחר עם מחשבה, יש מטבח קטן שאפשר לנו להכין ארוחת בוקר מידי יום, ואפילו ארוחת ערב (בישלנו דג והתנור עבד מעולה) , כמו כן יש ספה קטנה ושולחן עבודה למי שרוצה לעבוד / ללמוד מהחדר- אנשי הצוות היו מקסימים נהנו מהכל
הדלת במקלחת לא סגורה לגמרי ככה שלפעמים הרגשתי משב אוויר קר, כשסגרתי את הדלת לחדר מקלחת זה היה בסדר הגיעו 2 שמיכות נפרדות שמתאימות כל אחת לבן אדם, אנחנו העדפנו שמיכה אחת משותפת (לא בדקנו האם אפשר לקבל במקום אירוח זה)

Seitdem werde ich von diesem Hotel seit mittlerweile einem halben Jahr mit Forderungen über 250 Euro wegen angeblicher Raucherreinigung und entsprechenden Nachrichten konfrontiert. 250 Euro für eine solche Situation zu verlangen, empfinde ich als völlig unverhältnismäßig. Rechnungen oder andere nachvollziehbare Nachweise für die angeblichen Reinigungskosten habe ich nicht erhalten. Das einzige vorgelegte „Beweismittel“ ist dieses Foto der Dose mit etwas Asche am Hals. Dieser Vorfall hat mich unglaublich viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Statt einer unkomplizierten Übernachtung auf der Durchreise habe ich monatelangen Ärger und Stress. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen absolut nicht empfehlen.

Very friendly service and a well-equipped room. It includes coworking facilities on the ground floor
Friendly and efficient staff. They deliver on their promises and provide clear support and guidance. Great location with a metro station right out front and several good markets and restaurants nearby. The room was equipped with a cooktop, a microwave with a grill function, and a fridge; we restocked supplies every three days and prepared many of our meals in the room. It is a safe area, close to family-friendly residential neighborhoods with various parks and cafés. The hotel features a spacious coworking area on the ground floor, along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. If I return to Berlin, I will stay there again.
There's nothing I didn't like. Everything went very well. I enjoyed the whole stay and had all the support I needed.
