Ede tren istasyonuna ve otobüs durağına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Gideceğimiz yerlere cok rahat gidip geldik, tesis çok şık, çok kullanışlı ihtiyacımız olan her şey daireye konulmuş. Çevresi muhiti çok sakin ve güvenilir aile ile tercih edebilirsiniz, ben ailemle kaldım ve çok memnun kaldılar. Bookingten sorularınız için de çok hızlı dönüş yapıyorlar.

Bad Customer Support and HEATING
The design is amazing. Cleanliness 10+ so as amenities.
Unfortunately the ceilings are tall, windows are industrial and the heating is pretty off. Will share the images, videos etc. I got cold and fewer after the weekend there. Basically the heating will be 18° max 21°. It has a sensor, so If you move it will reach 21°. 21st century, pretty weirdly thought through. I felt super bad that I had to complain, also didn't receive a proper response from the customer support who was very emotional and offensive. Not to mention rude, also lack of emotional intelligence and awareness seemed like. Their fix of the issue - moving rooms. And in the end our guests stayed in the cold accomodation. Ridiculous. Btw, the instructions mentioned are in Dutch. Again, a weird moment of not acknowledging the issue. The communication completely ruined our stay. It was unclear, bad English, bad attitude towards the issue. Not to mention that the Support said no other guests ever complained, so I guess she called us liars and rude. Felt a bit like written by a robot, but I guess AI would have more empathy. Kept misleading us when, how, where. All in all, If you want your weekend ruined, being talked to i. patronizing matter and solve issues alone, you can book this accomodation. I guess lack of training, experience etc. Will attach for everyone to see the conversation, also on Google Maps reviews.

Plezierig, rustig en ruim
Eigenlijk alles. De kamer is ruim en mooi ingericht. Schoon, goede bedden. Erg plezierig om hier een paar nachten te verblijven.

Decor is new. Has the kitchenette, washing machine-cum-dryer, coffee capsules, tea bags. Enough space for 3 of us. Room is cosy. Free parking.
Distance to amenities. One of the beds required us to climb up the ladder. The other bed is platform style, hard to get up!
