    The location and amenities.

    There was a mouse/mice in the BNB. There was evidence through out the apartment. The kitchen chairs were very wobbly and couldn't sit on them with out the fear of the chairs breaking. When I told them they said they would come out and fix the chairs, try and hire a exterminator, but they did neither one. When I addressed it again they ignored the problems.

    Enjoyed our stay.

    Location was pretty central to everything in town. Quiet neighborhood

    The yard was too wet and little muddy.
