    Lovely visit!

    Nice space with good amenities. Host was very welcoming and kind! Good working shower and was pleased to have a kitchen. Parking was simple and felt like a safe space. Good short car ride from NEC and close to Asda. Would recommend and stay again.

    Only minor things- Some weird stains scattered about on the carpets, tho they were vacuumed so I assume clean. Bedroom radiator turned off at night despite the thermostat, so the bedrooms were quite cold whilst the hallway was very warm. Could maybe use more than one teaspoon.

    Disappointing

    I arrived at the apartment, no code for the lock box given in advance, phoned contact number and no reply, 15 minutes later a reply Do not understand why lock box code was not given in advance Location of apartment in a quite residential area so the absence of a code in advance of arrival is a health and safety risk particularly for a solo traveller. The apartment is over head a garage, and the internal stairwell from the ground floor to the apartment is relatively steep, may not suit all travellers At the top of the stairs, I feel a stairs gate at waist high would be a good idea as it would be quite easy to fall down the stairs particularly if there was young children in the group The couches in the living room need to be replaced as they are totally unsuitable for sitting on when watching the tv. The shower hose needs to be replaced
