The restaurant was nice, with good service. The cookies were good. The receptionist was pleasant. I requested a shower chair when reserving the room and it was there when we arrived.
Our room was cold. We were told that the thermostat could only be set to AC or heat because it's an old bldg and if we turned the thermostat all the way over it would warm up. That never happened. There were only flavored coffee pods in the room, which my husband doesn't like. I tried to call twice to get some different coffee pods, but there was no answer.

Love the neighborhood! We took the train so we were on foot most of the time. Had a great time exploring!
My only complaint is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms. Though you can request one through the front desk so it wasn’t a big deal.

Great stay!
I really the pineapple theme of the hotel! Everything is pineapple haha. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. They also gave my dog some gifts!
No slippers provided when the floor doesn’t have carpet

Cute and Affordable and High Quality
Great value and well kept venue. Hotel manager takes his job very seriously. Cute bar and restaurant. Comfortable rooms.
It was an off day. There was a minor flood from broken pipe, loud all night from festival across the street, fire alarm went off during the night and more.. BUT: the place was great and the manager made things right. Will be staying again in the future to give a full review on a day without all the mis-adventures.
