Great place to stay in Rio Vista.

    Very clean house. Great location.

Parking was strained as there was a vehicle blocking the front of the house during the duration of our stay.

Location. Bathrooms were ok and beds clean.

Patio furniture is destroyed. Cover on firepit is all torn. Floor on ground level was sticky and you could clearly see a child's footprints on the floor. The kitchen table obviously wiped down with a dirty cloth and spills on granite not cleaned up. Definitely did not meet the description of country club with Sauna, Fire pit, and yard for games.
