We booked this property through booking.com. received confirmation via email - credit card was on file for payment. 2 days before our trip i reached out to Stay vista to provide contact details of property manager to coordinate check in- only to be told our reservation didnt exist in the system due to a "glitch". summarising: we were not informed the booking didnt exist (StayVista confirmed this was their fault) - we would have shown up at the property without a place to stay. Pure coincidence that i reached out to confirm from my end. horrible experience, both stay vista and booking.com

Great mountain view from the terrace. The food was tasty and delicious. The caretaker service was excellent and helpful. Worth it thanks to StayVista.
