The property was difficult to locate board marking was not there about 1km before arriving the property. The Caretaker and management was not allowing us even to enter the property 30 mins prior Check in time we were not asking for checkin just to enter the property they kept us waiting for about 40 mins outside the gate the call was not answered by the care taker instead of dialling multiple times Nobody was ready to pick out bags Mr kundan after telling him he picked few bags then showing us attitude that he can't pick all. The Hygiene was not up to the mark the mat was having dogs hairs I was having a toddler with me instead of multiple request Mr. Kundan was refusing to clean it then had to ask to remove the mat. The speaker was the big disappointment it was not working efficiently the volume was too low than portable speaker also. The team member of Hospitality Mr Kundan was a big disappointment for our trip because whatever we were asking him to help he was straight away denying from doing and was showing really bad attitude we had to ask Mr.Pintu to tell Mr. Kundan not to come for giving any of the services as he was behaving like he is the owner of the property. Mr.kundan needs to be trained well for dealing with Guests much needed. A good Cooperation was given by Experience manager Mr.Gautam Pandit. Very good services was offered by Mr.Pintu Mandal he was well trained and experienced in terms of handling guests. Overall the stay experience was not Value for Money because of above reasons mentioned.
