    Purtroppo brutta esperienza

    La mia prenotazione era per l'alloggio Stefania, ma il giorno dell'arrivo al momento dell'orario di disponibilità mi viene comunicato dall'Host che non era più disponibile (per un errore di prenotazione, di overbooking...). Mi viene proposto un alloggio sostitutivo (o la restituzione del denaro della prenotazione) che quindi accetto, vista l'ora e la necessità di sistemare la famiglia per la notte. Ci viene assegnato un alloggio (chiamato Anna) dimostratosi non adeguato per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone, con soli due letti e un divano letto, un bagno minuscolo e cieco, in condizioni di pulizia peraltro anche molto scarse.

    Wonderful

    Location is excellent, near plenty of restaurants and stores and a stones throw from the pedestrian road where there are quite a few stores as well. Andreea was wonderful, really accomodating, helpful and patient. Wonderful host!

    Someone in the building smoked inside around the time we arrived so there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment.

    The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need or might need. The location is excellent, very close to the old town and the university, and it also has good public transportation access (airport, train station).

    Bathroom is very small, but that was already clear from the pictures.
