A good place to get throughout Berlin.
The breakfast needs some improvement with new food every time. The room size was very good 👍. The location is near to the main train station.
The gym equipments are very limited with small area for training, some equipmentareold cheapquality. The timing of sauna needs improvement.

Two nights stay.
I chose this hotel because of the great position next to Berlin main train station. The design of the hotel is great and it feels luxurious. The staff was excellent in every department, I have to praise people at the reception desk. I had a problem with check-in because I used the online version and they didn't see my payment. So they accidentally charged me for the second time. In a few minutes the problem was found and then immediately returned the second payment. Fitness is Okay, I have been expecting something with more variety but for basic maintenance workout it is enough. The spa was Ok-ish, yes there are a lot of relaxation places even outside, but during my visit the steam sauna didn't do any steam. The staff try to fix it but without success. At least the other two heated saunas worked without any problems.
There’s nothing here I particularly dislike.

• Top Lage: Das Hotel ist super gelegen. • Große Zimmer: Die Zimmer boten sehr viel Platz. • Tolle Ausstattung: Die Gesamtausstattung des Hotels war überzeugend. • Kostenlose Minibar: Ein tolles Extra, das nicht selbstverständlich ist. • Eigene Autogarage: Sehr praktisch für eine sichere und bequeme Parkmöglichkeit.
• Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war nicht besonders schön. • Zu kaltes Zimmer: Obwohl die Heizung auf maximaler Stufe stand, fühlte sich das Zimmer etwa kalt. Jetzt war es ok, aber wenn es draußen -10 C° wäre...
