On nous appeler plusieurs fois à n’importe quel heure pour savoir si tous allez alors qu’on dormez ! On voulez une réduction sur plusieurs choses qu’on a fait il on dit non . Ok

Bel hotel, bon service. Il faut absolument prendre une autre chambre que la « bungalow ».
Très bel emplacement, bien maintenu et une equipe de service très professionnelle.
La chambre bungalow est sous les attente. Très sombre avec petite fenêtre sur le batiment d’à coté. On semblait etre dans un sous-sol.

Hermoso resort frente al río, con instalaciones muy cómodas, piscinas excelentes, reposeras y sombrillas muy confortables, y servicio de bar junto a la piscina. Todo estaba extremadamente limpio y la comida era excelente. Lo mejor, sin dudas, fue la atención del personal: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad a las 3 de la mañana, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con vista al río y nos permitieron hacer late check-out y seguir disfrutando de las piscinas durante toda la tarde. ¡Una experiencia excelente, totalmente recomendable!

Nice breakfast and polite staff but a dated and overpriced hotel.
Staff was polite and breakfast selection was great. Really nice river front as well.
It is very dated and rundown. Shower knob was sticking out of the wall, AC wasn’t working properly and window wouldn’t open. It was quite expensive for a rather mediocre experience. Had it half price I would have scored it higher.
