L'accueil, le personnel très agréable et toujours à notre ecoute. Mention a Marina qui se souci toujours de votre bien être. Les infrastructures ( plusieurs restaurants, les nombreuses piscines, le parc aquatique, les animations...), la chambre est vraiment spacieuse, mise a disposition d'eau en bouteille et de boissons dans la chambre quotidienneent. l'accès direct au ponton pour le snorkeling.
La nourriture est vraiment abondante mais il manque parfois d'un peu plus de goût.

Nous avons commencé notre séjour ici, mais nous avons demandé un remboursement des jours restants qui n’ont pas été remb
Très désagréable, nous avons était très mal accueilli, nous sommes arrivé au milieu de la nuit et nous n’avons pas était placé dans une chambre directement, nous avons dormi à la réception jusqu’au matin de 4:00 am à 11h:00 am.
Qu’au niveau de la demande que nous avons fait, nous nous étions mis d’accord pour régler notre désaccord à l’amiable, mais ça n’a pas été respecté

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler Türkler için yemek ve tatlı yetersizdi
Odamızdan görevli hizmetli abi odayı her seferinde tertemiz düzenli bir şekilde yapıyordu ve havlulardan şekiller yapıyordu işini gerçekten çok seviyordu hep güler yüzlüydük kendisini çok teşekkür ederim . Marina hanım bizimle çok alakadar oldu güler yüzlüydü her sorunumuzu çözdü teşekkür ederiz 🙏🏻. 14 aylık çoçuğumla gitmiştim oranın yemeklerini sevmedi hazır çorba getirmiştim oradaki şefler sağolsun pişirdiler hepsine çok teşekkür ederim .
Tatlı çeşitleri yoktu hep aynı keklerin üstlerini farklı şekilde süsleyip koymuşlardı meyve çeşiti yoktu kahvaltı çeşiti Türk kahvaltılarına kıyasla iyi değildi. Denizi çekilmişti yüzmek için çok fazla yürümek zorunda kalıyorduk. Geceleri sivrisinek çok oluyor bunun için muhakkak yanınıza ilaç almayı unutmayın. “İtalyan restoranında pizza yedik ama İtalyan pizzasının yanından bile geçmez lazanya çok kötüydü aşırı yağ kokuyordu

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Housekeeping, immer sehr freundlich. Das Essen in den á la carte Restaurants sehr gut, im Buffet-Restaurant gut. Allerdings überschaubare Abwechslung, vor allem beim Frühstücksbuffet, wobei die Auswahl generell groß war.
Service im Buffet-Restaurant leidlich, bestellte Getränke brauchen lange. Abgeräumt und eingedeckt wird schnell. Sehr hoher Geräuschpegel im Buffet-Restaurant, Geschirrgeklapper etc.
