We had a very enjoyable stay in an amazing location - totally recommended
The location was excellent, within the old town but away from most of the noise. The facilities were as described and we did not wish for anything more. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and our host Slavica was extremely friendly, easy to contact and eager to assist. We stayed four full days in Dubrovnik. We spent a day in the town (the Dubrovnik pass was expensive (€40) and we bought it primarily for the amazing city walls, but it also gives you access to other places such as the fortress, some museums and the lovely Franciscan monastery). A full day boat trip to the Elaphiti islands was great - the island of Lopud was lovely with an amazing beach at Sunj. We also spent just over half a day on a trip to the island of Lokrum where there is a replica of the GoT Iron throne, a nice walk up to the Fort and a very nice affogato at the Lake cocktail bar. It can get very busy and it is popular with cruise ships, but when you are staying in such a central location you can easily go out when it is quieter (early morning and evening) and have a bit more space to yourself. Everyone talks about the amount of steps you need to walk in Dubrovnik, and whilst there are quite a few it totally adds to the charm of the place - you can take your time because you're on holiday!
Everything was great. There was occasional late night noise from people on their way home but nothing unreasonable and to be expected given the central location. Eating out can be expensive, but again that's not really unexpected.

Gorgeous location in a beautiful city with fantastic support from Slavica.
Excellent location - hardly any steps to negotiate with your bags - just a few minutes from Buza Gate and only a few mins and you are in the centre. Slavica who looked after us was just perfect! Helpful, responsive, checking in and making sure we were OK. Really lovely.
The kitchen could do with a bit more thought. Maybe some milk and basic essentials would be nice. But absolutely fine for a short stay.
