    Alla prossima.

    Der Ballon ist ein Traum. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag zum Frühstück, zum Apero und zum Abendessen genutzt. Der Ausblick ist einfach nur genial. Ich werde ihn vermissen :-) Die Nähe zu Tellaro, zur Bushaltestelle und zur öffentlichen spiaggia. Auch Wanderungen gehen quasi vor der Haustür los.

    Einen überdachten Parkplatz zu haben, ist mega. Problematisch ist es allerdings, wenn dieser aufgrund anderer Parkplätze schwer bis nicht erreichbar ist. Heutzutage hat leider kaum mehr wer ein Auto in Größe eines Fiat Panda - und selbst dann wäre es eng. In unserem Fall gab es eine Lösung. Aber ob die immer möglich ist? Nimmt schon eine gewisse Freiheit...

    Sehr nahe zum Strand, auch recht nahe bei Tellaro. Hübscher Balkon mit fantastischer Meersicht

    Zu wenig/dünne Decken, nachts war es im Oktober doch recht frisch. Leider extrem viele Mücken im Garten
