    Fantastic stay, great flat, convenient location and a very responsive host. Highly recommended!

    Trish was a fantastic host. She was helpful, efficient and always very quick to respond. The flat was comfortable and in a really convenient location, with Hagley Park just across the street, which was great for a walk or run. I really appreciated her allowing me to check in early and leave my suitcase there until my flight. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend Trish and her place.

    The patio with the sliding door and view was quite nice to sit in

    Was cooking for one night had The big sliding door open but the fire alarm went off gave us a fright and didn’t know what to do in the moment it did stop after a minute and we had the fan on above the oven so I’m not quite sure why it went off it wasn’t smoky in their to

    Top. Everything worked perfectly, everything is clean and safe.

    Right next to Hagley Park. Easy communication with the owner via email. A 20-30 minute walk to central Christchurch. A pleasant walk, all along Hagley Park, then follow the Avon River. The Metrobus also runs from Selwyn Street (about a 2-minute walk from the accommodation) or Christchurch Hospital to the bus interchange in the city center. The fare is $4, but it's valid for several hours, allowing you to change buses without having to pay extra. The accommodation is fully equipped, perfect. My tip: visit the Air Force Museum.
