Disappointed
The staff was nice and welcoming. We received our refund quickly..
We expected more and were very disappointed. The room was not suitable for an older couple because there were too many stairs. You had to use the stairs to get to the bathroom/toilet. There was one chair for a room of 4 people. We had no where to sit. So we set the whole time in the restaurant or on the 4 chairs in the lobby. Sometimes we used the stairs as a sitting point. The pool is very small, and no more than three people can fit in it. The breakfast service was very slow, and items kept running out—there were no cups or coffee, the food got cold, and the dishes were often empty. The bread was served dry. The sauna costs an extra fee. There was no spa as advertised. Getting to the town center involved a steep downhill and uphill walk, so we couldn't make it to the local restaurants. As a result, we were forced to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was three times more expensive than anywhere else. We canceled our 2nd night at the hotel.
