    Worst experience ever

    We reached hotel at the time of checkinn the room they showed us was in bad condition with too many sparks in wiring so we didn't stayed and asked for full refund but till today we are following them for our refund of full amount , no reply from them and our hard earned money is blocked with them and even booking.com is not helping to get our refund from them
