I would definitely Stey there again !

The location of the hotel is not too far from the CBD area. It's also a five-minute walk from Taikoo Sanlitun - a very nice shopping area. The room was spacious and very comfortable especially the bed. The shower was amazing.

    Nothing to complain about.

    Quiet and comfy

The whole room (lighting, aircon, curtains etc) are controlled on an app on your phone which I liked, however can be a little temperamental and slow at times, but overall good. A couple of the lights in my room didn't work but didn't affect me at all. The whole building was very quiet and the chillout room was really nice. Huge kitchen to use should you need it. It's a really short walk to the metro which was ideal for me. Bed was huge and really comfy.

App could sometimes be a little unresponsive/slow

    Try to avoid this one

Good value for money, spacious rooms, quiet

Stuff is rude, doesn’t know how to communicate with guests. We arrived around 14:20, 1 room was ready 1 wasn’t- and he said check-in time is actually at 3 pm, didn’t you read? I’m like okay, we can wait, no need to be rude. Any other hotel in China would give you room even if you arrive at 7 am, but not this one, they will check you in exactly at 15:00, and knock in your door exactly at 12 pm for the checkout. I requested a higher floor and far from elevator, at the check-in I double checked if that will be possible - the guy said No, you’ll have to stay on the 3rd floor because you booked the cheapest basic room pointing on that we are poor or something. Instead of just saying “only rooms on 3rd floor are available” That sounded unprofessional. Then I asked if it’s possible to get quite room far from elevator, he named 2 room numbers, he said you can check where they’re located, I turned the corner to take a quick look, spotted the rooms, and that was it. Then he asked who would be staying in which room, since there were 2 of us. I said I need to check the rooms itself, then he said “I told you the room numbers why you didn’t go and check!” I’m like excuse me?! I saw where they’re located but didn’t see them inside! Also what kind of communication is this? Why should I have to walk all the way down the corridor? He spoke as if I were his employee, giving me orders. Also it’s not 5 star hotel, it’s fake, check Trip - it rated as 3 star there
