Dies Unterkunft war eine Zumutung
Ich war Gast in hohem Alter Man hat mir ein Einzelzimmer zugewiesen Erst nachdem das Gepäck bereits ausgeladen war, stellte ich fest,dass die Toilette so klein war, daß beim Sitzen noch ca 20 cm zur Vorderwand war. Es war kein ordentliches Benützen der Toilette möglich.
Ich habe dies beim Check out entsprechend dargestellt, meine Kontonummer mitgeteilt und bemerkt, dass ich eine entsprechende Reaktion des Geschäftsführers erwarte. Es kam keine Reaktion. Dies ist schlechter Stil was die Grundeinstellung des Managements zeigt, Dies wird sich auch nicht ändern wenn die geplante Renovierung erfolgt ist.
