    A very lovely, well-equipped house with a fantastic view.

    Although the hosts had written that check-in was to take place the following day, nobody got in touch. Nor did anyone ask during our stay whether everything was alright. On departure, the bill was simply sent over in a rather impersonal manner. No instructions regarding check-out, no friendly farewell. Therefore, a very impersonal experience. There were no blackout blinds for some of the living room windows, and no TV or Netflix.

    Good weather, good night's sleep.Kitchen had all that we needed

    Two bedrooms. Although not luxurious had all that we wanted Good value and hosts were helpful

    Lovely, quiet and peaceful cottage.

    Location is wonderful. The self catering Heron cottage looked out on the bay and was quiet and peaceful. It was a great place to relax for our last two nights in Nova Scotia. It’s about 20 minutes from Digby which has several restaurants and is also the terminal for the ferry to Saint John. The cottage has a full kitchen, two bedrooms (1 king room, 1 twin bedroom) and 1 bath.

    I can’t think of anything. I would love to return and spend more time in the area.
